How long until my order ships ?
If you have picked direct shipping, your package will ship between 1-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders we have at that time. Please no not hesitate to contact us.

There are a few things you can expect from us when you decide to purchase, and a few things you shouldn’t expect. This post is so that everyone has the same expectations and no one is thrown off or surprised by anything .We might refer back to this post when needs be

If you choose to pay the 10 $ to use one of the pick up spot this is is what you are agreeing to:
PICK UP SPOTS ARE NOT PLANT BABYSITTERS.
Once the plants arrive at the pick up spot, you will be notified and must pick them up as soon as possible.
It is NOT the responsibility of the person receiving your plants to take care of them.
Note that they will not be watered and will stay in their shipping packaging.
Once we have confirmed with the person receiving the plants that they arrived safely , we will not be liable for any damage, deterioration or death of plant that might occur in the time it takes you to pick up.
We will not replace the plants if you were late to pick them.
We have over 20 pick up spots all over the country ,it may take 2-4 weeks for your plants to get your pick up spot, please do not contact us asking when it will get there.
We are very glad to be able to offer our customers an affordable way to get your plants but it can get quite expensive for us, so we try and make sure our boxes are full before shipping to each spot.
When you buy we may have just sent a package to that spot that week, therefore that means it may be a couple more weeks before a new box goes out.
If you wish to get your plants faster, we offer direct shipping
We offer direct shipping overnight at discounted rates with all courriers.
It may takes us up to a week for direct shipping and we will contact you for the shipping quote and tracking number.
If you asked for combined shipping between two sellers it takes time for us to ship to each other before sending all your plants together.
We pack the very best we can with insulation,heat packs as well as overnight shipping to ensure they get to you safely.
We will not take responsibility for damaged or dead plants from delays from courier. We cannot do anything once the plant leaves our hands
Please record an unboxing video to ensure we know exactly how the plants arrived.
If your package isn’t delayed and you feel the plants are not to our usual standards please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving it.
If you would like a full refund we ask that you ship the plant back exactly how it was received.
We must see how the plant looks THE DAY IT IS RECEIVED.
Once the plant is in our hands a full refund will be sent.
If you feel like your plant would qualify for a full refund please message us as soon as there’s an issue and we will go from there. Any questions about your shipment or plants once received please do not hesitate and reach out.
When buying a variegated cutting we cannot guarantee that the new growth will come in variegated.
Choosing to buy unrooted cuttings is always a risk, leaf may die, and cutting may die. This is a risk you’re willing to take when buying a piece of a plant. We will not refund nor replace any cuttings that die in your care
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬
Once the plant is received please do not repot with anything other then the medium that was used to ship for a minimum of two weeks.
Shipping is already stressful on the plants, changing medium can put the plant in complete shock while it’s trying to acclimate to your home.
Please put it in high humidity (70-100%) to help lessen the shock for a few weeks
